FEATURED TEAS
Matcha complements the hoppy flavour,
aroma and bitterness of IPA's, Belgian style wheat ales and any hoppy slightly bitter tasting beers that you create.
This versatile ingredient may be added to infuse bold flavours to a Saison or IPA for a distinctive Asian twist or incorporated into the brewing process of a classic milk stout or hazy IPA for a more authentic rendition.
Infusing Hibiscus flowers into your beer imparts a distinct lemony-tart and beery-rich flavour with subtle floral notes on the finish.
The green tea, lemon balm and lemongrass give just enough acidity, lift and an interesting twist to low IBU beers, pale or blond ales. The herbal and citrus notes harmonize without dominating the hoppy flavour.
TROPICAL COCONUT MANGO OOLONG TEA
The richness of Oolong tea pairs
well with the sweet tropical flavours
of mango and coconut. Pairs
well with a variety of beers styles
and flavours.
Infusing the zing of ginger and sweet and sour flavours of dried sorrel flower into lagers, imparts a distinct lemony-tart and slightly spicy ginger flavour with a tropical taste to finish. A popular Caribbean flavour combination flavoured not only for its vibrant ruby-red colour but aromatic and slightly acidic notes of tropical fruits and flowers.

SANGRIA COCKTAIL HERBAL INFUSIONS
A blend of rich red wine flavours and tart citrus notes. Pairs well with IPA’s and citrus hopped beers.
Imparts a sour and slightly bitter flavour with sweet and fruity notes. Pairs well with dry hopped pale ales.
