LEMON BALM GREEN TEA

The green tea, lemon balm and lemongrass give just enough acidity, lift and an interesting twist to low IBU beers, pale or blond ales. The herbal and citrus notes harmonize without dominating the hoppy flavour.

well with the sweet tropical flavours

of mango and coconut. Pairs

well with a variety of beers styles

and flavours.
