1. Heat fresh,
pure cold water:
Blacktea 190°F/88°C
Green tea 160F/71°C
White tea 180F/82°C
Oolong 190F/88°C
Herbal 190F/88°C
2.  Put Chef Inspired 
loose leaf 
tea in infuser. 
Pour water
over loose 
leaf tea.
3. Steep Times
Black tea- 5 min 
Green tea - 3 min 
White tea- 2 min 
Oolong tea- 3 min 
Herbal - 5 min

1. Heat fresh, pure cold water to 180°F. Put
3 tbsp 
Chef Inspired flavoured tea blend in container. Add 16 fll oz of
hot water.

2. Steep 10+ minutes.
Remove and compost steeped tea. Add 32 fl oz of sparkling
water and 2 cups
of ice to pitcher.
3. Garnish with fresh
mint and sliced lemon or lime.
